If you're like me quick crafts are about all you have time for this time of year. That's why I have a set of quick mini cards to share today. I'm using them in my teacher gifts, but the 3 3/4" square size makes them perfect for just about anything.
I used papers and stickers from the December Scrapbooking Store kit. I loved everything about this kit. The papers in it are a great mix of traditional and modern Christmas colors.
Fun fact, a 3 3/4" x 3 3/4" card fits perfectly inside one of Amazon's square gift card gift boxes. It doesn't get much easier than an Amazon gift card in a pretty box with a quick hand made mini card for a teacher gift (or a gift for a friend or family member).
To keep these looking a bit more interesting (simple doesn't have to mean plain), I used a lot of Pop-Up Glue Dots. The dimensional adhesive gives a layered look to the cards, even though there aren't any paper layers.
I hope you have a wonderful and relaxing Christmas!

Glory to God Christmas Decor
It's December, which means there's a new kit out for the Scrapbooking Store. I love the collection of Christmas papers they put together for this kit. I have lots of plans for it, but today I'm starting with this Glory to God Christmas decor.
I created a simple printable of Luke 2:14. Then I printed it out on one of the more solid colored papers from the December kit. I layered on top of a more bold patterned paper, and then attacked it to a wood sign. You can download the printable for yourself here.
I used gold star rub-ons from the kit upgrade to add a little extra sparkle to the printable. I used Craft Glue Dots® to hold it all together. I know the stick will last so I can use this home decor piece for years to come.
Creating home decor pieces for Christmas is one of my very favorite things to do, and this one was so simple!
I received the Scrapbooking Store December Kit for free but all of the projects and opinions are my own.

Scrapbooking Store November Kit Layout
I'm back with another Scrapbooking Store November kit layout. It really is just a gorgeous kit, and so easy to create with.
I had to use that multi-color tiny leaf print. I love an all over tiny print. So pretty!
There are some really lovely stickers included in the kit and the upgraded kit. They're perfect for layering. We go to the same pumpkin patch every year for pumpkins, so I opted for lots of word stickers instead of traditional journaling.
Such a great autumn kit!

Scrapbooking Store Autumn Layout
It's time for November's kit from the Scrapbooking Store! I so look forward to getting this kit every month. Today I have a Scrapbooking store autumn layout to share.
Every year we head to the corn maze by our house and have a fun family outing. I just knew this kit was going to be perfect for our family corn maze photo.
The kit features papers from Authentique Pleasant. There are some lovely patterned papers, but my favorite thing about the kit are the thick printed card stock like papers. Green, kraft, brown, and vanilla are all included in the kit. One side has a subtle polka dot print and the other a subtle stripe.
The upgrade kit includes some lovely lace in shades of orange, and lots of fun coordinating stickers (you know I love my coordinating stickers). This might just be my favorite Scrapbooking Store kit yet!

Glue Dots and Paper House Productions and a Giveaway
This week is a pretty fun week for me. Glue Dots and Paper House Productions have teamed up together, and since I design for both of them, it's double the fun for me! I have 2 layouts to share and I have my very own give away since these 2 companies are some of my very favorite for crafting.
For Glue Dots® I created this layout about how my husband and I celebrated our 14th anniversary. It features Paper House's Color Wash collection and some of their awesome Faux Enamel stickers. The layout is based off the following sketch.
You can find out all the details (and specific Glue Dots® and Paper House products I used) on the Glue Dots® blog.
For Paper House, I reached for my one of my favorite collections for scrapping sports: All Star. In one paper pad, you get papers and stickers to scrap basketball, football, soccer, and baseball!
To keep everything together, I used Glue Dots Premium Glue Tape and Pop Up Glue Dots.
Now for the giveaway. I have a Marbelous Paper Pad and matching stickers from Paper House and from Glue Dots I have an assortment of my favorite dots and a tape runner. Entering is simple, just leave me a comment here on this blog post, and you're entered. If you'd like extra entries, just pop on over to my Facebook Page and/or my Instagram and find my giveaway post, leave a comment, and you'll get another entry. It's that simple. I'll announce the winner next week.
I hope you enjoy this week of Glue Dots and Paper House as much as I do!

Autumn Card with Glue Dots and Pretty Pink Posh
Hello! Welcome to your next stop on this very fun collaboration with Glue Dots and Pretty Pink Posh! Today I have an autumn card with Glue Dots and Pretty Pink Posh to share.
Glue Dots® products used: Pop Up Glue Dots® and Permanent Glue Tape®.
Pretty Pink Posh products used: Autumn Blooms Stamp Set, Autumn Blooms Dies, and Happy Owls.
Autumn Blooms is a versatile set that can be used for lots of seasons. To keep that autumn feel, I went with some greens, teal blues, deep purples, and rich oranges for my color palette.
Glue Dots® Premium Glue Tape is my go to adhesive for putting cards together. I used Pop Up Glue Dots® to add some dimension to my "congrats" panel.

Scrapbooking Store September Kit Lambeau Layout
It might be October, but I'm still busy working with the September Kit from the Scrapbooking Store. As soon as I saw the kit, I had this layout idea in my head, but I finally got this Scrapbooking Store September kit Lambeau layout made this week.
Most people might not think sports scrapping when you see a pretty, floral scrapbooking kit, but this Wisconsin native saw the green and gold and knew it was destine to be a Lambeau field layout.
I chose coordinating embellishments from the upgraded kit after I laid out my papers. I chose embellishments that weren't overly themed or flowery, since we're standing on the field of a football stadium.
We've been to games at Lambeau field, but this is the first time we took the tour. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend it. It's a lot of fun, and you can tell the people who give the tours love their job. Plus, you'll get lots of great photo opportunities!
I also can't recommend the Scrapbooking Store's kits (especially the upgraded option!). You get so many pretty papers and embellishments for a great price. If you want to save even more money, use the code SAM10 to get 10% off.

Sunshine and Rainbows Card
After using Pink & Main's Sunshine die and stamp set to create a layout, I wanted to also use it to create a card. I created this sunshine and rainbows card for my niece's birthday.
I used Pink & Main's Rainbow 6x6 paper pad since it seems to match so perfectly with the Sunshine die and stamp set.
Glue Dots Premium Glue Tape® is my adhesive of choice for flat scrapping. I also used some Pop Up Glue Dots® to add a little dimension to the white panel on my card.
The orange polk-a-dot paper overlaid over the multicolor polk-a-dot paper photographs a bit funky, but in person, it's a great combo! I really do love mixing and matching patterned papers.

You Are My Sunshine Layout
This week Glue Dots® has teamed up with Pink & Main for a blog hop. My You Are My Sunshine layout is just one of many projects to spark your creativity along the way and, of course, there are fun prizes!
While I love the combination of stamps, dies, and Glue Dots® for creating cards, I thought I'd try something a little different and create a layout.
I used Pink & Main's Rainbow 6x6 paper pad to create the border, center square, and photo frame for my layout. Then I used their Sunshine stamp set and matching die to create the "you are my sunshine" embellishment.
For any flat paper on paper scrapping I love to use Glue Dots Premium Glue Tape®. For adding some dimension to my layout (like I did with the photo and sunshine die cut), I always grab for my Pop Up Glue Dots®

Scrapbooking Store September Kit Layout
I'm excited to be working with The Scrapbooking Store's awesome kits once again this month. So, today I've got a Scrapbooking Store September kit layout to share with you and make sure you scroll all the way to the bottom of this post for a discount code if you want to nab one of these kits for
yourself.
The September kit features Echo Park's Beautiful Life. It's a light and fresh set of papers and coordinating stickers.
If you choose the upgraded kit, you also get my favorite item, these gold American Craft Thickers. I'm a bit of a thicker-a-holic. These are some of my favorite yet. They're foam (so they stick a lot better than the chipboard ones), but they have a metallic gold overlay, so they don't look like foam. They have a true matte gold finish to them. I LOVE them.
A little about the layout itself: Back in February my boys and I headed out to California to visit my sister and my niece. There's a small petting zoo by her, and the main attraction is the guinea pig petting zoo area. You get little baskets of veggies you can feed them while holing them. We have a pet guinea pig, so I figured the boys would get a kick out of a whole pen of them. It did not disappoint!
I used muted patterned papers to frame the photos, while using the add-on stickers to add a pop of color and design to the layout.
Want this kit for your own? Head on over to the Scrapbooking Store and don't forget to use the code SAM10 to get 10% off.

All Star Basketball Layout
Scrapping sports isn't always the easiest for me, but I really love Paper House's All Star collection. Today I'm attempting an All Star basketball layout.
A little background to this photo. Every year our 4th grade boys scrimmage each other during half time of one of the varsity games. I'm always surprised to see how much the varsity parents enjoy watching these kiddos play. My sister-in-law who owns Taylored4You Photography was photographing the varsity boys and made sure to grab a few photos at halftime for me, too.
This photo of my son coming off the court will always be one of my favorites. He's always a great teammate. He loves the game, and win or lose, he loves to encourage his teammates. I wanted my layout to focus on that, so I created the giant "Team-mate" title with my Silhouette Cameo and then filled in the rest of the layout around the title.
There are lots of great sports themed papers for soccer, baseball, football, and basketball in Paper House's All Star Collection...and with football starting, I'm sure you'll be seeing me use it again soon.

Adventure Layout
A few weeks ago I shared a layout I made with the Scrapbooking Store's August kit. There's a lot in the kit. More than enough to make a few layouts, so today I have an Adventure Layout created with the August kit as well.
While the paper in the kit (Echo Park's For the Record) leans more towards a vintage feel, when you add in the ephemera, the papers turn into and excellent way to scrap camping photos.
These photos are from a camping trip we took to one of our favorite camp grounds. We try to get there every year, and every year we stop and take photos when we bike across this little dam.
I can't wait to see what the Scrapbooking Store's September kit will be!
The upgraded kit includes ephemera from American Crafts. I love that while the ephemera coordinates, it can be used to change the whole feel of the kit.
