Let's Go Travel Layout

My Let's Go travel layout that I'm sharing to day is a bit more themed than I usually do, but I'm quite happy with how it turned out.

The paper that says "Germany, Germany, Germany" on it is a bit more themed than I usually use, but I fell in love with the look of it and the colors in it. Too keep it from looking too busy, I paired it with some grey toned papers from Kaisercraft's Let's Go collection.

I used some Scrapbook Customs Germany Adventure stickers that coordinated with the Germany paper to help pull in a few more colors into the layout and layered them up with embellishments from Kaisercraft's Let's Go collection as well.

Since the papers are a bit busy, the more muted color scheme seems to really work for this layout.

Discover the World Layout

My husband and I went to Germany at the end of March. While I know it's going to take me quite a while to get to scrapping all of the photos, I've at least started now. The very first layout of the album is complete with this Discover the World Layout.

I used Paper House Productions Discover Paper Pad for all the patterned paper and card stock stickers. A lot of the papers in the collection are foiled, and the all over foiled map print is one of my favorites.

There's also a set of matching Discover 3D Stickers. They blend seamlessly with the flat, card stock stickers and add some fun dimension to the layout.

Paper House also has an entire Destinations sticker collection that includes all the states and lots of countries. I happened to have picked up the Destinations: Germany stickers in anticipation of our trip. It's a bit hard to see from this photo, but the Germany sticker is a gorgeous gold foil that goes beautifully with the rest of the foil on the layout.

I love scrapping vacation photos and am so happy to have at least started scrapping our Germany trip.
