Princess Pop Up Birthday Card

This is a personal blog. All editorial content and projects are intellectual property of Taylor Stamped. I do receive financial compensation and material product from American Crafts and A Walk Down Memory Lane to develop my craft posts, but all ideas and opinions are my own. My niece (and goddaughter) turns 1 at the beginning of October. This, of course, requires an extra special birthday card. Since she lives far away from us, it also needed to be mailable. I think this princess pop up birthday card covers the bases! I'm going to do something a little different and start by showing you the inside of the card.

I found this great pop up castle card in the Silhouette online store. Pop up cards like this are super fun, and they close flat so they can be mailed. I had some paper from Echo Park's Princess mini collection from another project, and I decided it would be perfect for this card, too. I started by using my Silhouette Cameo to cut the pop up castle. I added a fun little carriage sticker to the inside of the card as well.

The front of the castle was cut from American Crafts Pow Glitter Paper, because you can never go wrong with a pink glittery castle.

I finished up by creating the front of the card. I used my We R Memory Keepers 1-2-3 punch board to make a matching envelope from some fun pink crown paper. The "happy birthday" sentiment is a rub-on from Pebbles Inc Birthday Wishes collection.
Even though we can't be there in person, hopefully this fun card will let the birthday girl know we're thinking about her on her special day.
Thanks for stopping by!
