Carving Pumpkins

It's September, which means I can officially start thinking about scrapping fall...which means I should probably finish up the photos from last fall! Today I'm scrapping a photo I love of my guys carving pumpkins.

I wanted to use  Photo Play Autumn Day again. This paper is just so lovely. I decided to use my We R Memory Keepers Heat Wave Pen and some gold foil to create the title for my layout. I like how the foil almost becomes part of the paper.

This is the first time I've created a title with my Heat Wave Pen, and I was happy with how easy it was. I didn't know if it would be hard to line up the letters just right, but with the blue lines on the template to guide me, it was super easy!

I love the stickers and journaling cards that are part of Autumn Day! They have such lovely sentiments on them and coordinate perfectly with the papers.

I added some sequins in a few places on the layout. I got to use the new American Crafts Sticky Thumb Flat Adhesive Dots for the first time. They were perfect for attaching sequins, and unlike liquid glue, I didn't have to wait for them to dry!

All this fall scrapping almost has me ready for cooler weather, pumpkins, and falling leaves....almost.
Thanks for stopping by!
