2 Page Bridge Layout

I set myself the goal of having our Germany trip scrapped after a year...we'll I'm way behind on that, but I'm still plugging along a page at a time. Today it's actually a 2 page bridge layout, so I'm hoping that counts as 2 pages.

There's some pretty fantastic scenery in Germany, especially the Bavaria region.

I used Pinkfresh Studio Out and About papers and embellishments for this layout. The mountain topography paper was a great background for these photos taken in the mountains. Since the multi-color stripes are pretty bold, I offset them with the white script paper.

I finished up with a few clusters of embellishments like die cuts, tags, enamel dots, and 3D stickers to complete my 2 page bridge layout.

On the Road Layout

We spend a lot of time on the read whenever we travel. Whether we're driving to get to our destination or spending a lot of time driving from city to city once we're in a new country, we love finding fun things to do along the way. Today I have an On the Road layout that's all about driving from place to place when on a trip.

For this layout I used Pinkfresh Studio Out and About collection. The map print that I used as the base of this layout seemed perfect for a layout about being on the road from here to there.

Germany had some really nice, clean rest stops (with excellent coffee). The toilets at the rest stops are pay toilets, but they are so clean. I also like to snap a photo of our rental car whenever we get one. It's fun to look back and remember what we drove around in on our trip.

I hope you enjoy the journey, and get some time to scrap it, too!

New Shoes Travel Layout

I'm continuing to work through our Germany trip. I really love travel scrapping. My layout today is a new shoes travel layout.

The paper and embellishments are from Pinkfresh Out and About collection. I love everything about this collection. I picked it up shortly after our trip, and am finally starting to scrap the pictures I wanted to use it for.

Our second day in Germany, I bought some super cute walking shoes. They are some of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned, and I ended up wearing them almost every day of our trip. They definitely deserved to be written about in our trip album!

After I bought my shoes, we departed the city through a one lane city gate (without traffic controls), ready for our next adventure!
