Car Layout

This is a personal blog. All editorial content and projects are intellectual property of Taylor Stamped. I do receive financial compensation and material product from American Crafts and A Walk Down Memory Lane to develop my craft posts, but all ideas and opinions are my own. Some links are affiliate links.

Today I have a car layout to share. We did lots of driving while we were in Ireland, so I decided the card deserved it's own layout. My husband is 6'3", so we had a few good laughs over him driving the tiny car!

When Authentique's Durable came into A Walk Down Memory Lane, I instantly fell in love with the mix of soft grays, kraft browns, and pretty blues, but I didn't have anything to use it for. When I decided to make a layout about our rental car, I didn't have to think twice about what paper I wanted to use.

I never seem to have enough journaling cards/tags/pretty things to write on. For this layout, I created my own journaling tag from some of the paper from the collection and a cluster of embellishments.

I really like to save memorabilia when scrapping travel layouts. For this layout, I created a pocket behind one of the photos to slip the Touring Map of Ireland got with the car.

To make sure there was enough room for the pocket to expand, I popped the middle photo up with some foam adhesive.

How do you like to make space for memorabilia on your layouts?
